Meet The Team
 CEO and President Lewis, the President of Lewis Designs & Décor, is an accomplished business leader. He's a recognized philanthropist and a passionate advocate for raising the bar for interior design standards in the Houston, Texas area. Lewis is a graduate of The Art Institute of Houston, earning his BFA Degree (Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior). In his earlier years in education attending Saint Leo University, Lewis also earned a BA degree in Business Administration for Project Management. |  Managing Business Partner Adrian directs and overseas the compliance department, sales team, and other business support activities throughout the company. With over 17 years of experience in the compliance field, Adrian provides unique insights into our day-to-day high-level business operations. He earned his MBA from UCLA out of Los Angeles, CA. Adrian has also majored in Psychological, Social, and Biological Foundations of Behavior. He earned his B.S. degree in Psychology at UCLA. |  Principal Project Manager Cristiano brings a comprehensive set of skills and experiences to the team, in his role as senior project manager. He has more than 10 years of experience in the interior design industry, handling everything from project and client management to finances, business development and marketing. His depth and breadth of knowledge about the field allows him to successfully oversee and direct client’s interior design needs from start to finish. |

 Principal Interior Space Planner As an interior designer, Amenia has provided clients with planning, programming, research, and design services for various higher education and healthcare projects. With a passion for strategic planning, she encourages a collaborative environment amongst all parties involved. Amenia enjoys finding solutions and designing both calculated and functionally beautiful plans that take into consideration the shifting need of an environment. |  Senior Interior Designer Sasha's unique vision and willingness to take risks continue to deliver award winning residential and commercial spaces. Bachelors & Associate Degrees in Interior Design, Certified Color Consultant, CFYH Over 11 Years of Experience. Outside of this role, she can be found keeping active through exploration, running, and rock climbing, balanced with some mindful relaxation. |  Residential Interior Designer Ryan brings a unique background in art and design, combined with a high level of technical skill to his role as interior designer with Lewis Designs. He has more than 12 years of experience in the interior design industry.His ability to work well in a team environment while finding solutions independently makes him strong asset to the design team. |
 Project Coordinator & Designer Anna is recognized for creating an impressive range of residential and commercial interiors. She studied at the University of Warsaw in Poland, and earned a BA Degree in Interior Design. Anna brings a detail-oriented focus to every aspect of her projects. She enjoys working with different aesthetics and tailors her designs to create consistently unique environments. Anna brings energy with a modern design flair. Lewis Designs & Décor was an obvious choice for her. |
